Introducing new KS3 science lessons on drugs and substance misuse!
New lessons available for subscribers!
Developing Experts has this week added to our growing library of KS3 science resources by releasing lessons on drugs and substance misuse.
The lessons form part of the KS3 science UK National Curriculum, and are focused around medicinal and recreational drugs, as well as addiction and effects of drug-taking. Within the lessons, we focus on the scientific element of how and why drugs can affect your health, but also the social impacts of drug taking and addiction.
To support us, we worked with Norwich-based charity The Matthew Project, who kindly produced some excellent expert films with us. These will now appear within our KS3 science teaching and learning content and many more of these will be provided with our KS4 science lessons which we will be working on soon!
